*Payments - A non-refundable deposit of £100 or £200 (For package bookings) is required to secure your booking. The remainder of your balance is to be paid no later than 14 days prior to the event date. An email with your invoice attached will be sent from Blue Sapphire Occasions .All payments to be made to Blue Sapphire Occasions business account.
*Cancellations - If a cancellation is made less than three months prior to your event date a 50% charge will be incurred from your final balance.If a cancellation is made less than four weeks prior to your event a 100% charge will be incurred from your final balance.
*Breakages - Any breakages or damages to any of Blue Sapphire Occasions equipment or services caused by guests at your booking event will incur costs to the clients name on the signed agreement and booking form.
*Public Liability - Clients are to advise Blue Sapphire Occasions to whom our Public liability and PAT test documents are to be sent to at least two weeks prior to your event.
*Booking Form - If any amendments or additional services are to be made after the initial booking for is sent a new updated booking form will be sent out to be signed by clients.
*Timings - All timings for each service are agreed on your booking form any amendments to the timings need to be made at least seven days before your event,if additional hours are requested on the night of your event this needs to be agreed with your DJ along with the cost.
*Venue - Clients are to ensure venue is suitable for the services booked throuigh Blue Sapphire Occasions i.e enough space for services and enough live power sockets etc.
*Music requests - All playlists / song requests to be sent into Blue Sapphire Occasions email address at lesat two weeks prior to your event.
